More About God and Country
America Rests upon a Godly Foundation
Psalm 11:3 says “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” One of the very effective means the adversary has utilized to destroy America is to create division by tearing away at our very foundations.
But American Christians have an amazing, Godly heritage to stand upon This heritage is far more than just a religion; it is more than just a set of good morals: It is a faith; a deep faith in Jehovah God, Jesus Christ, and His Holy Spirit.
Let’s work together
Before the 2016 elections, America was in a free-fall into deep, dark oppression that only a massive act of God could have redeemed. In His grace, He did give us more time; but He is watching. God is watching us closely to see what choices we make as individuals, communities, counties, regions, states, and together as a nation. He is watching to see where you and I place our devotion, faith and resources.
Hope for the Future
In the beginning, God richly blessed America as Godly men and women stepped out in faith and righteousness in Him. And so it is today; by God’s mercy and grace, through faith and love, the damage that has been done can be repaired. Personally, and together, we can move forward into a brighter tomorrow, building upon the foundation that has already been laid.
For several years I have served in the military police, civilian police, and as a Pastor, counselor and Chaplain. I have seen devastating effects of oppression and for me, I prefer to avoid it.
So for me, the answer is clear. I choose life and “Under God” I choose to preserve America as a place for the Gospel to manifest both here and abroad. This is what America was created for; this is where Freedom, peace and joy can be found for all.
Let’s work together, with God, to rebuild America’s foundation for Him, His blessings, each other and posterity.
If you are seeking the things of “God and Country”, you are welcome to join us.
As we bless God, may God richly bless you and may God bless America.
“The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence,
were…the general principles of Christianity….
Now I will avow, that I then believed and now believe that those
general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable
as the existence and attributes of God.“
